PAYMENT METHODS FOR PRODUCTS AT VINHOMES GRAND PARK URBAN AREA
Vinhomes Grand Park currently offers a variety of flexible payment methods suitable for both end-users and investors. Buyers can choose installment payment schedules extended over time, helping to reduce initial financial pressure. In addition, partner banks provide high loan ratios with long tenures, along with interest rate subsidies and principal grace periods during the initial stage.
In recent sales phases, the developer has also introduced attractive incentive programs such as discounts for early or fast payments, management fee support during the initial period, or valuable gifts depending on each subdivision. These policies enhance cash flow flexibility and increase the project’s overall market appeal.
1. Payment using own capital (no bank loan)
This option is suitable for buyers with available funds who wish to receive higher discounts.
- Standard installment payment: Divided into multiple phases (typically 7–15 installments), each payment accounts for approximately 5% – 10% of the property value, spaced 1–3 months apart.
- Fast payment: Early payment of a large portion of the property value (e.g. 95% or 100%) within 15–30 days from the signing date of the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
- Incentives: Direct discounts applied to the selling price (usually ranging from 6% – 12%, depending on the period and subdivision).
2. Bank loan (0% interest support)
This is the most popular option, helping buyers significantly reduce initial financial pressure.
- Own capital: Buyers only need to prepare approximately 15% – 30% of the property value.
- Bank financing: Loan support of 70% – 80% (in some cases up to 100% with additional collateral).
- Interest incentive: 0% interest for 15 – 24 months (or until handover).
- Principal grace period during the interest support period.
- No penalty for early loan repayment.
3. Extended payment scheme (Flexible installment)
Certain premium subdivisions such as Glory Heights or The Beverly may offer “buy now – receive later” policies with handover after 2–3 years.
Monthly payment is only about 1% – 1.5% of the property value.
Payment duration can be extended up to 3 – 4 years, allowing buyers to better manage monthly cash flow.

- VinFast car purchase vouchers (typically valued from VND 70 – 200 million).
- Interior packages or Vinschool vouchers.
