The developer applies flexible payment schemes to optimize cash flow for customers purchasing or leasing properties, suitable for both end-users and investors.

1. Standard Construction-Linked Payment (Base Price)

No interest rate support package applied

• Selling price:
  • Calculated based on Base Price, including: land cost, construction, infrastructure, brand value, and land-use right certificate measurement fee
  • Excluding VAT and maintenance fee
• Early payment incentive for each installment:
  • Early payment at least 07 days prior to scheduled timeline
  • 11% per annum discount calculated on the prepaid amount and early payment period

Suitable for customers who prefer stable financial control without using leverage.

2. 100% Early Payment (High Discount)

For customers with available capital

• Condition:
  • Full 100% contract value payment within 15 days from signing SPA/Deposit Agreement
• Benefits:
  • Direct 7.5% discount on total base price

Ideal for investors aiming to reduce purchase cost and maximize initial profit.

3. Bank Loan (0% Interest Support)

Optimal financial solution for leveraged buyers

• Loan quota:
  • Up to 70% of selling price (VAT included)
• Support policy:
  • 0% interest rate for up to 24 months from first disbursement
  • Principal grace period during the entire interest support period
  • 0% early repayment fee during the incentive period
• Price note:
  • Selling price under loan scheme is 8.0% higher than total base price
