PAYMENT POLICY – MASTERI SKY QUARTER

As of early 2026, Masterise Homes is offering highly flexible payment schemes to support buyers’ cash flow at Masteri Sky Quarter.

1. Early Payment Plan (For Cash Buyers)

• Discount: Typically ranging from 11% – 13% of the apartment value (deducted directly from the selling price before VAT & maintenance fund).
• Payment Schedule: 100% (or 95%) of the apartment value payable within 30 days from signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).

2. Standard Payment Plan (Construction Progress-Based)

Designed for buyers who prefer to spread payments over time without bank loans.

• Discount: Approximately 6%.
• Estimated Schedule: Divided into multiple installments (typically 7–9 phases), each around 10%, spaced every 2–3 months until handover (expected late 2026 or early 2027).

3. Bank Loan Option (0% Interest Support)

• Loan Ratio: Up to 70% – 80% of the apartment value supported by partner banks.
• Equity Required: Approximately 20% of the apartment value.
• Interest Incentive:
  • 0% interest rate support for an extended period (typically until June 2027 or several months after handover).
  • Principal grace period: No principal repayment during the interest support period.
  • Free early repayment during the incentive period.

Special Gifts & Privileges (Updated 2026)

In addition to payment discounts, the developer offers supplementary programs:

• Early Bird Incentive: Additional 1% discount for customers completing early registration during the launch phase.
• Management Fee: 24 months free property management service (operated by Masterise Property Management).
• Interior / Housewarming Gifts: Depending on timing, customers may receive interior vouchers or gifts valued at VND 50 – 100 million.
• Bulk Purchase Discount: Additional 1% – 2% discount for buyers (or relatives) purchasing from the second unit onwards.
