PAYMENT POLICY AT MASTERI GRAND COAST (UPDATED 02/2026)

1. Standard Payment Method (Equity Capital):

• Discount: 8.0% directly deducted from the selling price (before VAT and maintenance fee).
• Schedule: Payment divided into 9 flexible installments until handover (expected Q4/2027). Each installment ranges from 5% – 10%, significantly reducing financial pressure.

2. Early Payment Method (Fast Payment):

• Discount: Up to 15.0% of the apartment value.
• Condition: Customers pay at least 100% of the selling price and VAT within 15 days from the date of signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA). This is an optimal option for investors seeking dual returns from both discount benefits and property value appreciation.

3. Bank Loan Support Program:

• 80% Loan Package: 0% interest support for 24 months from the first disbursement date (but no later than May 31, 2028).
• 50% Loan Package: 0% interest support for 30 months (but no later than November 30, 2028).
• Privileges: Principal grace period and free prepayment during the interest support period.
