PAYMENT METHODS FOR PRODUCTS AT THE GLOBAL CITY PROJECT
The payment policy of The Global City is designed to be highly flexible, catering to both investors and end-users.
1. Standard payment method (according to constructionprogress)
This option is suitable for customers who wish to spread cash flow without the need for urgent capital mobilization.
– Schedule: Divided into multiple phases (typically 7–11 installments).
– Payment rate: Each installment accounts for approximately 5% – 10% of the product value, spaced 60 – 90 days apart or aligned with construction progress.
– Incentives: Discounts ranging from 6.5% to 11% directly deducted from the selling price (depending on the subdivision and booking period).
2. Fast payment method (using own capital)
Designed for financially strong customers aiming to optimize returns from the outset.
– Process: Payment of 70% to 100% of the product value within 30 days from the signing of the Agreement.
– Incentives: The highest discount rates, ranging from 12% to 16%—extremely attractive compared to current bank savings interest rates.
3. Financial support method (bank loan)
This is the most popular “leverage” policy, enabling ownership of premium real estate with low initial capital.
– Own capital: Only 20% – 30% of the product value is required upfront.
– Bank support: Loans of up to 70% – 80% (in some cases up to 100% with additional collateral).
Exclusive incentives:
– 0% interest rate: Extended for 24 to 36 months (for example, high-rise units are supported with 0% interest until October 2028).
– Principal grace period: No principal repayment required throughout the interest support period.
– Free early repayment: Customers may settle the loan at any time during the incentive period without penalty.
4. Additional incentives (updated 2025)
In addition to selling price discounts, Masterise Homes often offers valuable incentive packages:
– Free management fee: Typically 24 months from handover.
– Housewarming / Interior gifts: Interior finishing packages or gifts ranging from VND 200 million to several billion VND (applicable to shophouses or large-area apartments).
– Rental guarantee: Certain SOHO shophouse blocks offer rental income guarantees from VND 60 – 100 million/month for 24 months, ensuring cash flow for investors.
