SALES POLICY – IMPERIA HOLIDAY HA LONG

Effective period: From 12/12/2025 until further notice.

Applicable to: Vietnamese customers purchasing apartments at Imperia Holiday Ha Long project.

I. OWN CAPITAL PAYMENT PLAN

For customers who wish to proactively manage cash flow and optimize costs:

• Standard payment schedule:
  • Phase 1 (Signing SPA): Pay 25% of the apartment value (including VAT).
  • Subsequent phases: Divided into installments of 5%–10%, helping reduce financial pressure until handover (Expected Phase 9 handover in Q2/2028).
• Special Gift: Complimentary management service fee package for the first 02 years from the handover date (applicable until no later than 31/01/2031).

II. INTEREST RATE SUPPORT PLAN (IR SUPPORT)

Leverage financial solutions to own a beachfront apartment:

• Loan ratio: Customers only need to prepare a portion of equity capital, with the bank disbursing the remaining amount according to the Developer’s policy at each period.
• Privilege: Simultaneously eligible for the 02-year free property management fee program.
